Damaged & Broken Items Policy
At Khader Musharbash, we take ultimate care in packaging our specialized physical products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, because some items are fragile, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
Please read our guidelines below on how we handle broken or damaged items:
1. Reporting Period
If you receive an item that was broken or damaged during delivery, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the package (based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for broken or damaged items reported after this 24-hour window.
2. Required Proof of Damage
To qualify for a replacement or a refund for a broken item, you must provide clear proof of the damage. Please send an email to khader@khadermusharbash.com containing:
Your Order Number.
Clear photographs and/or a short video showing the damaged product.
Photographs of the original packaging and shipping box (showing if the box itself was crushed or damaged during transit).
3. Our Resolution Options
Once we review and approve your claim, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
Replacement: We will ship a brand new replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.
Store Credit/Refund: If the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit.
4. Items Broken After Use
Please note that this policy strictly covers items that arrive already broken or damaged due to shipping and handling. We are not responsible for any breakage, cracks, or damage that occurs due to personal use, accidental dropping, or improper handling after the item has been safely delivered.
5. How to File a Claim
Please do not ship the broken item back to us unless specifically requested by our support team. Simply contact us immediately.
