We process all orders within 1 business day after purchase.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order during these periods, we will process it on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Destinations

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

Our system calculates shipping fees automatically at checkout. After you enter your shipping address, you will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We currently ship both locally and internationally.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After we process and dispatch your order, delivery typically takes:

• Jordan: 1 business day

• Arabian Gulf Countries (GCC): 5–7 business days

• United States (USA): Up to 2 weeks

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery schedules.

4. Order Tracking

Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

If tracking is available for your shipment, the email will include a tracking number and instructions for monitoring your package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.

The customer is responsible for paying any charges required by the destination country. As the importer of record, you must comply with all local laws and regulations.

Khader Musharbash does not control these fees and cannot predict their cost. We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
