1. Overview
We offer a 5-days return policy. You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product quality and safety, we do not accept returns for the following items:
Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Personal Care and Sanitary Items: We cannot accept returns for health, hygiene, or personal care products included in our collections.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund. This applies when:
The item is not in its original condition.
The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
The item arrives more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. We will then notify you whether we approve or reject your refund request.
If we approve your refund, we will process it and return the funds to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take several business days.
Contact your bank to confirm their refund processing time.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at khader@khadermusharbash.com. We will provide instructions for returning the product.
6. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
We do not refund original shipping charges. If we issue a refund, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount.
Tracking Recommendations
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
